Mister Micheal Hamann,

I am a professor at this University and I am writing to complain about the article you wrote about Brianna Hill.

First al all she was not selling drugs, and driving under drugs influence. I can tell you, that allegation is without any proves.

You do not have right to destroyed a student reputation on campus and off campus. She lost her job consequently a this article publish at Horizons.

This is calumny and label.

I think the memorial issue is a very good idea. I do love the April Fools issue, but I believe the memorial issue will do more to help with healing from so many losses in such a short time.

My hat is off to you,
Dr. Chadwick

To the Staff at Horizons:

I wish to offer my compliments to the staff of Horizons. I truly enjoy reading our campus newspaper and believe that you produce a quality publication filled with informative and interesting articles on a wide variety of topics.

I know all too well how much work it takes to produce a student newspaper. As an undergraduate, I worked on the editorial staff of my college paper. I remember many Monday nights scrambling for "just one more article" to fill space, writing headlines, and the eye strain from staring at a computer screen long into the evening. All in the name of putting the paper "to bed" so that it could go to press on Tuesday morning.

My days on the newspaper staff are also some of my fondest college memories. I learned many valuable lessons at the paper that are still of benefit to me today. The friends I made with fellow writers and staffers are still some of my most cherished relationships.

I know that you don't hear it often enough, but let me say, "Thank you" to all of you at Horizons. You provide a great service to the students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University. Keep up the good work!

Sincerely,

Gwen Raubolt
