As most people know, or at least hopefully agree, college is not just a place where you go to get a degree. It is a place that represents a unique stage in most people's lives when a special mixture of independence, freedom, and personal interests combines to create an invaluable amount of experiences. Some college experiences may not be exactly what one needs while others bring about much more than what was bargained for. However, one thing is for certain: these experiences change everyone's life in some way or another. It's in this "life changing experience" category that a very special college opportunity should fall: the opportunity to study abroad. Each year Embry-Riddle helps more than 100 students enrich their college education through a study abroad experience. More than 50 schools and 16 different countries are available as locations in which to study. Students can travel to places like France, England and Germany or even farther away to such places as Australia, China, and New Zealand. This year, the Center for International Programs and Services (located in Building 18B) has committed itself to opening the eyes of as many students as possible to the life-enriching experiences that only studying abroad can offer.

Opportunities range from short summers abroad to full years abroad, dual degree possibilities, special technical programs, and even internships. Credits can apply towards your major and at a reduced tuition price for all summer programs! So stop by Building 18B between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., call extension 3773, or write us an email at [printstu@erau.edu] to get further information on all that's available to you! Maximize your college experience by seizing this chance to travel the world!
